That app handles the camera, but has nothing that addresses the other functions. Someone said download LogiTune, install and reset, but no joy there either. Problem is now, the webcam part of the webcam works, but the other functions are not recognized, which is a problem for my Zoom meetings as I used the webcam mic to avoid using my G935 headset in a business meeting. The "No thanks, I will stay on Windows 10 for now" option was ignored and the upgrade proceeded without my consent. THEN Microsoft, in its infinite wisdom decided I needed to upgrade to Windows 11. Webcam, webcam Mic and Webcam speakers all working as intended. The support guy, Siddharth S, is not as wise as his namesake, because he doesn't seem to get the crux of the problem with is almost comical in its absurdity. The graphics I posted capturing the situation may not come through here, but are on the Logitech support message board with the thread. Gonna repost here because I seem to have drawn the short straw when getting a response from anyone with competence from Logitech, though I still have hope. Printer would power up and caused another person's computer to 'randomly' reset.I posted this on the Logi website for support and got nothing of value. It was caused by a laser printer that was only used when another staff member was in the office 3 days a week. I know this sounds simple, but remember troubleshooting a random computer reset issue at work years ago. My theory is the power draw was a little too much with both cam, keyboard and mouse all plugged in to the same hub. However, by Bluetooth mouse quit the other day and I had to use a USB mouse.
Initially the cam was plugged into a passive USB hub but worked fine. ran USB extension cable and plugged cam directing into different USB port - Success installed Logi G Hub and change the anti flicker setting - no change uninstalled Man圜am to see if I had messed up a setting - no change My 920 started to jump and flicker on a Zoom call. This answer will seem obvious when I state it, but I had to re-trace my steps a little to think of it.
